New Product Submission Guidelines

If you are an artist / label interested in submitting music, spoken audio or DVD product to us for distribution consideration, the process is very simple:

Send 1 copy of your CD or DVD product, in the finished packaging with the shrinkwrap removed. Enclose a cover letter, preferably typed, that includes bio information, record label and marketing information, pricing expectations and information as to what other avenues of distribution you are considering or have in place. Mail the package to:

Music Design caters to the alternative market – bookstores, gift stores, smaller non-traditional records stores, yoga studios, spas and more. We produce one main catalog a year and 6 bi-monthly publications in which artists / labels added to Music Design can advertise their product.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for our review and response. If you have any updates send them via fax to the New Title Department at 414-961-8381. Due to the high number of submissions we receive, we are unable to confirm receipt of submissions. If you wish to have your materials returned to you, include a self-addressed, stamped mailer.
